Pamela Lupa
Manager, Corporate Records, City of London
Pamela holds a master of library and information sciences from the University of Western Ontario. After a brief dip into the museum field, Pamela began pursuing her true passion — records management — in Norfolk County in 2015. She joined the City of Brantford in 2016 as the supervisor of records, print, and freedom of information (FOI) services, a position that included the privacy portfolio. It was during this time that she learned the value of effective privacy management, as well as tips and tricks for staying on top of an ever-expanding portfolio. Pamela recently landed in her hometown of London as the manager, corporate records in April 2024.
