Registration for the May 2025 cohort is open and closes April 10, unless this course reaches capacity. Registration for Fall 2025 term will open on July 2.
Course materials will be available to registrants by April 16. If you are enrolled in the Diploma in Municipal Administration (DMA), the HR report proposal is due by June 19 and the final report is due by September 11.

- Attendance is required. Please confirm you are available for all classes prior to registering.
- This program includes videos and readings that must be viewed and completed prior to the first class (approximately 10 hours). You will get access to these videos and readings four weeks prior to the first class.
Instructors
Kalen Ingram
Partner, Cunningham Swan Lawyers

Kalen is a management-side labour and employment lawyer. A graduate of Harvard University and Queen’s University Law School, she provides proactive and strategic advice to employers in both the public and private sector on all matters relating to labour and employment law. An experienced litigator, she has appeared before the Human Rights Tribunal, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Superior Court of Justice. She is an active member of the Kingston legal community and is co-chair of the Frontenac Law Association annual legal conference.
Amanpreet Sidhu

Amanpreet has 20+ years of experience in law, business, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
