We invite all AMCTO Student Members to apply for our all-new Student Member Forum pass that allows FREE access to any one (1) of our upcoming Forums. As an Association, we are committed to the professional growth and development of the next generation of municipal leaders, and as such, are proud to offer eight (8) free student passes per forum per year.
AMCTO Forums invite members, municipal professionals, subject matter experts, experienced sector practitioners, leading academics, public and private sector professionals to come together to explore sector and role-specific issues and trends. They are a great way to connect with other members from across the province to discuss top challenges, gain practical takeaways and learn proven and emerging best practices.
How Does It Work?
Applications are open year-round and will be reviewed on a rolling basis in advance of each Forum. Student members can apply for one (1) pass to attend one (1) PD Forum of their choice per year (please note that this offer only applies for attending virtually, not in-person).
Applications will be reviewed and selections will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applications must be submitted at least 14 days (two weeks) in advance of the event date to be considered.
We will do our best to register members in their first choice of Forum, but please do provide a backup choice should passes no longer be available for your first choice. Specific Forum details will be available on our website each Spring and Fall.
If selected, a member of our team will reach out to confirm your attendance. Upon your written reply and confirmation, you will receive your Zoom login details for the event. We suggest putting a reminder with the login details in your calendar.
