With over 10 years of experience across the private, non-for-profit, and municipal sectors, Marina brings a well-rounded financial perspective to public service. She has played a key role in implementing service-based budgeting in the Town of Stouffville.
Marina holds a bilingual honors degree in Business Economics from York University, along with a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and an AMCTO Executive Diploma in Municipal Management (Dipl.M.M.). In addition to her professional accomplishments, Marina is an active contributor to the Municipal Finance Officers' Association (MFOA) Professional Development Committee and serves as a member of the board of the Scugog Public Library.
