Caitlin was appointed the clerk of the City of Ottawa in the spring of 2024. Before that, she was the deputy clerk and manager of council and committee services and held several other roles within the Office of the City Clerk and offices of the city manager and deputy city manager.
A lifelong Ottawa resident, Caitlin holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University. Caitlin is a proud AMCTO member from Zone 6 and has received her Accredited Ontario Municipal Clerk (AOMC) designation.
