Driving Directions:
Take 403 South bound to the QEW Hamilton. Follow the QEW signs to Niagara. Once in Niagara Falls merge left onto Hwy #420. You will come to the main intersection of Hwy #420 and Stanley Ave. Make a right turn onto Stanley Ave. and follow for approx. 5 minutes. Turn left onto Murray St. At the next intersection, turn right onto Fallsview Boulevard.

The hotel and conference show floor are just steps away – connected by an air conditioned indoor walkway so you can easily get to and from your room over to attend the conference sessions and activities.

Golf Tournament
Join us at our annual AMCTO Golf Tournament at the stunning Legends of Niagara, Ussher's Creek course. This tournament includes fun golf challenges and activities followed by a seated, catered lunch on the beautiful clubhouse outdoor terrace overlooking the course!

Meet with our exhibitors during the conference tradeshow hours to get the organizational tools, services and support you need to succeed. Plus, from Sunday - Tuesday, we'll be hosting fun exhibitor challenges like bingo, battleship, and a scavenger hunt where you'll have the opportunity to network and play for the chance to win some amazing prizes!

Comedy Show
Enjoy a fun evening full of laughs on Sunday, June 11. As part of our conference kick-off party, we'll be joined by Scott Faulconbridge from Yuk Yuk's Comedy who will share his unique, yet relatable personal stories and signature songs. Nationally, Scott has toured theatres coast to coast in the Just For Laughs Tour, The Investors Group National tour and opened for Howie Mandell at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. His stories, jokes and emotional outbursts and have been heard on CBC and he has written for CBC’s Still Standing series. Scott has has been featured on numerous specials including CTV’s Comedy Now, CBC’s Comics, The Winnipeg Comedy Festival, The Halifax Comedy Festival and over a dozen appearances at the internationally acclaimed Just For Laughs Festival. 
 
Evening Excursion
Niagara is known for its amazing wine and during this evening excursion, you'll have the chance to experience some of the region's best reds, whites, and rosés at the famous Wayne Gretzky Estates. Join us for 2.5 hours of wine and food pairings, outdoor games, networking under the stars, and live entertainment from DJryen. Round-trip transportation from the Hilton hotel included. 

Movie Night
Looking for a more low-key, fun evening activity? Join us in the AMCTO cinema for movie night! We'll be screening the hilarious comedy, Bridesmaids, complete with popcorn and refreshments to enjoy with your peers. 

Awards & Gala Dinner
Join us for a formal night of fun celebrating your peers in the sector on Tuesday, June 13! Enjoy the Pre-Gala reception with mocktails and hors d'oeuvres to start the evening festivities, then experience our Awards & Gala Dinner featuring a delicious, three-course plated dinner, our 85th annual awards ceremony, and live entertainment from DJryen and the James Blonde band!
 
Quiet Room
Get away from the noise and bright lights of the conference floor in a quiet, safe space. Drop-in to take a break, unwind, rest and recharge. Yoga mats, comfortable chairs and other amenities will be available for all conference delegates to use at their leisure throughout the event.

We are proud to award up to 12 conference scholarships to eligible AMCTO Student and New Professional members to attend our 2023 conference. The conference is a great opportunity to meet other like-minded professionals and expand your network, gain valuable insights and practical skills and knowledge on the latest municipal best practices, trends, research and more.

Eligibility & Application Requirements:

• Must be a current AMCTO New Professional Member or a 2022 or 2023 AMCTO Student Member
• Must be a first-time conference attendee
• Application must demonstrate how attending this year’s conference will be a valuable experience for continued learning and professional development
• Application must include a copy of your résumé along with a letter of recommendation from a professional contact (a current or former workplace supervisor or colleague); for Student Members currently in full-time studies, an academic contact such as a professor is acceptable

Like our popular 2022 Municipal Elections Training Program, we are offering a multi-key discount to municipalities who want to access only the virtual conference. This special discount offer only applies to groups to access the virtual conference livestream and does not apply to groups who wish to attend the in-person event.

To qualify for this offering, the lead registrant must be an AMCTO member and must provide a valid member ID on our sign-up form. Municipalities have the option of purchasing 3 or 5 keys to provide access for 3-5 individuals.
