The Ministry of the Attorney General's Cannabis Legalization Secretariat, in partnership with the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO), has prepared a comprehensive briefing deck for the municipal sector. The deck includes important details about how the legalization of recreational cannabis will unfold, including information on how revenue generated by the sale of cannabis will be allocated, how retail stores will operate, and specifics on community safety and enforcement under the new new legal cannabis regime.
