Applications for the 2023-24 round of Inclusive Community Grants are now open. This year the program envelope is a total of $750,000.

These grants provide municipalities, non-profit organizations and Indigenous communities with up to $60,000 for local projects that will help older residents and people with disabilities participate in community life. This year, Ontario is prioritizing projects focused on improving opportunities for community engagement and those that support older adults to age and live at home with access to care.

Applications for the Inclusive Community Grants can be found here. Eligible organizations can apply until April 20, 2023.
