The government has posted proposed regulatory amendments as part of the province's new Long-Term Affordable Housing Strategy. Interested stakeholders have until April 28, 2016 to comment. Proposed changes include amendments to

• The Housing Services Act
• O. Reg 298/01 (Determination of Geared-to-Income Rent under Section 50 of the Act)
• O. Reg 367/11 (General)
• O. Reg. 368/11 (Designated Housing Projects - Section 68 of the Act), and
• The Ontario Housing Policy Statement
