Proposed Regulations Relating to Cannabis Retail and Distribution
This regulation, proposed under the Cannabis Act, 2017 and the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017; would help to establish the framework for the government's sale of recreational cannabis. Comments can be submitted until February 7, 2018.
