Former City of Toronto City Manager Joe Pennachetti is joining the University of Toronto's Institute for Municipal Finance and Governance as a Senior Fellow. His role will be to speak at IMFG events, write about his experience in municipal management, and provide advice to researchers, authors and students about local government.
