The government has released an information resource sheet on new record keeping requirements that are being ushered in under Bill 8, the Public Sector and MPP Accountability and Transparency Act. Bill 8 amended the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).
