The AGCO has provided a recent update to how it is supporting the charitable sector during the COVID-19 pandemic.  As part of this, they have published a second notice around these changes. 

It is worth noting a temporary change has been made that permits the sale of Break Open Tickets without the licence number and charity name imprinted on the ticket,. Additionally, retailers and suppliers through ticket serial numbers will track tickets and reporting obligations
