The Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) and the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) have both released implementation guides for cannabis legalization. The guides are designed to help local governments understand their responsibilities as part of cannabis legalization as well as the policy and regulatory options available to them to protect local interests.
